Your service rhythm
What falls outside a recurring maintenance plan?
Remodels, large repairs, substantial tile or flooring work, roofing repairs, material purchases and specialist trade work are scoped and quoted separately. The recurring plan focuses on an agreed punch list that fits the planned labor time. Licensed plumbing, electrical and other specialist work is coordinated separately where needed.
Is this an exact quote or a service commitment?
No. This planner uses illustrative tiers and a budgeting model. A walkthrough confirms actual workload, access, property condition, materials, visit scheduling, billing terms, unused-hour treatment and any response-time commitments. Annual totals are twelve monthly estimates, with no assumed discount or annual commitment.
Can one plan cover several locations?
Yes, a portfolio scope can be discussed. The planner multiplies the same workload and visits across similar properties. Different building types, sizes or conditions should be reviewed individually. No volume discount is assumed.
